OUR SERVICE
新佳盛運(yùn)用制造新機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)平臺(tái)，提供具有規(guī)范性的壓鑄設(shè)備再制造服務(wù)，承接各噸位大小壓鑄機(jī)的改造、升級(jí)。從舊機(jī)拆解－清洗－舊件檢驗(yàn)－再制造－總裝－調(diào)試－整機(jī)檢驗(yàn)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)規(guī)范其流程及作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，使設(shè)備性能接近或達(dá)到新機(jī)出廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為客戶提高設(shè)備利用率，降低用機(jī)成本。
Based on standard manufacturing platform for new machine, we provide standardized remanufacturing services for high-end die-casting equipment including modifications and upgrade for die-casting machines of different tons. Each step (dismantle-cleaning-inspection-remaking-final assembly-commissioningfinal test) follows a standard procedure and progress. Therefore, the performance of remade equipment is close to or reaches acceptance criteria of new machine which will maximize our customers’utilization rate and lower their cost.
